We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve BleepEdit, to deliver the messages you configure, to provide support, and to keep the service secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your contact data or message content to train external machine-learning models.

When you send through BleepEdit, we process recipient addresses and engagement events (such as opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes) to deliver messages, optimize send times, and protect deliverability.

We act as a data processor for the contact data you upload. You remain the data controller and are responsible for having a lawful basis to email your recipients.

Our website and application use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or our in-app preferences.

Open and click tracking within your campaigns is configurable per flow, so you can disable it where your compliance requirements call for it.

We share data only with vetted subprocessors that help us run the service — including cloud hosting, email delivery infrastructure, and analytics providers — under contractual data-protection obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of BleepEdit, our users, and the public.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Engagement and log data are retained on a rolling basis to support reporting and abuse prevention.

When you delete data or close your account, we remove or anonymize it within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We protect data with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), strict access controls, network isolation, and continuous monitoring. Our practices are independently audited to SOC 2 Type II.

No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information and will notify affected users of any qualifying breach as required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

BleepEdit operates globally, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect cross-border transfers.

BleepEdit is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the product or by email.
