Terms of Service

By accessing or using BleepEdit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

BleepEdit provides email automation tooling, including a visual workflow builder, AI-assisted copy, behavioral triggers, send-time optimization, and deliverability management.

We may add, modify, or remove features over time to improve the service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use BleepEdit.

You may only send messages to recipients who have given you a lawful basis or consent to be contacted, in compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and other applicable laws.

• —No purchased, scraped, or rented contact lists.
• —Always include accurate sender information and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.
• —Honor opt-outs promptly and never email recipients who have unsubscribed.
• —No deceptive subject lines, malware, phishing, or other abusive content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that harm deliverability for our network or violate this policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

If you exceed plan limits, we may charge overage fees or require an upgrade. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload or create in BleepEdit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service.

We act as your data processor for contact data and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement.

BleepEdit, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by BleepEdit, Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

We strive for high availability and offer a 99.9% uptime target on eligible plans, but the service is provided on an 'as available' basis. Planned maintenance and factors beyond our control may affect availability.

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always reach the inbox.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BleepEdit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold BleepEdit harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, or create risk for the service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will make your data available for export for a limited period before deletion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

We may revise these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the date above and notify you through the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
